  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

6. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver within the committed time slots, but delays may occur due to:
    • Traffic or weather conditions

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply

7. Return & Replacement

  • We offer Free Returns & Replacements (No Questions Asked)
  • Complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
